This guided practice supports self soothing, injury recovery and nervous system regulation. It blends pranayama (breathwork), gentle visualization, and intentional body awareness to help you befriend your body — even in discomfort.

The practice ends with guided entry into savasana. Please rest there for at least 10 minutes (or longer!) to allow your efforts to integrate.
